Sponsored Video hand Eye Coordination or Hand Ear Coordination

Our Better World, a Singapore International Foundation initiative, brings together the magic of stories and the power of people, to change the world.

The video starts with tennis players describing the importance if hand eye coordination in playing tennis. However what does one do if the eyes are removed from the equation? What if the player is visually impaired? Seems like an impossible task to play tennis right?

Bit Singapore international Foundation along with a few volunteers has taken the initiative to spread the joy of playing tennis  for visually challenged people.

At first many days pass without the players even being able to touch the ball with their racket. But one day there is a thwack and the first hit is made, after which there is no looking back or rather no hearing back.

Just by the sound the ball makes when it hits the court, the players strike at the ball. In their words, without the support of the volunteers, they would never have been able to enjoy playing tennis.
Kudos!
