Considering the fact that almost every street has one, how can we sift through and find a good one?
How much does a gym session cost? I am so much more consistent. I wake up at 6 and hit the gym or the pool. I do weights once a week, swiming twice and spinning twice. I am training for a triathlon so I need to get my behind in gear for it and lose my last 22 pounds. :) I have lost 18 so far and have a bit of ways to go but working out in the morning gives me so much energy for the kids and everything else.

Downside is that my bed time is now 10 pm sharp or i never make it to gym!

Good luck!
ArchanaA, mama of twinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06621129983488796382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32496989.post-25075013706526799612007-06-06T09:41:00.000+05:302007-06-06T09:41:00.000+05:30Ouch that should read as Don't burn urself out dea...Ouch that should read as Don't burn urself out dear. ;)The Visitorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06379204603893147923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32496989.post-38079363576092404762007-06-05T23:59:00.000+05:302007-06-05T23:59:00.000+05:30vow i've missed quite a bit in the last 3 days...w...vow i've missed quite a bit in the last 3 days...will read through them :)By Deepa and Supriyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07747804542943614606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32496989.post-4839736553372952432007-06-05T17:15:00.000+05:302007-06-05T17:15:00.000+05:30Itchy - I feel tired reading all that you do.
